The manufacturer guarantees high-quality operation of AUTHOR devices subject to the storage, transportation, installation and operation conditions specified in installation manuals, operating manuals or other supporting documents.

The manufacturer cannot be held for malfunctions in the operation of AUTHOR devices caused by the quality of connection, installation, and use of AUTHOR devices in violation of the Manufacturer's recommendations.

AUTHOR devices are no longer covered by the warranty and the Manufacturer cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the use of AUTHOR devices, either to its owner or to third parties, in the following cases:

• Violation of the rules for storage, transportation, installation, and operation.
• If there are traces of mechanical damage, exposure to fire, aggressive liquids and water, careless handling, or an accident.
• Damage caused by accidents, force majeure, actions of third parties, as well as attempts to break in the car, unauthorized disassembly and repair of components, units, and the device as a whole.
• Changes to the design, damage to the device or its components as a result of mechanical, chemical, thermal or other external influence.
• Damage due to power surges, improper settings, misuse, abuse, neglect or other causes not related to defects in the device.
• Replacing of components on your own.
• If the manufacturer's seal is broken.
